What can beer teach us about biology, history, and the natural world? Professor Rob DeSalle, Distinguished Fulbright Chair, from the American Museum of Natural History—and co-author of the book 'A Natural History of Beer'—will lead you on a hops-filled journey of discovery!
Come and imbibe four local beers and enjoy a conversation about beer based on:

• the history of beer and drinking;
• the ingredients in beer and how they work;
• the effect of beer on our bodies;
• and the future of beer!
