The AGM is kindly hosted by the Victorian Chapter just prior to a social gathering.\n\n  We invite members to join us for the AGM and subsequent social gathering featuring a talk by Melanie Poole and dinner for those interested in continuing the evening.\n  The AGM agenda is as follows:\n  5:30pm - President welcome and 2017 report\n  5:45pm - Treasurer financial report and member vote to approve\n  5:50pm - Member vote to confirm new Committee member positions\n  5:55pm - President closes formal voting items and opens up to social component.\n  6:00pm  - open discussion period. What do you want to see AFAA tackle in 2018?\n\n  6:30pm - AGM formal agenda closes and moves into social component.\n We are pleased to be joined by Melanie Poole\, a Fulbright Alumnus who we will speak to us about her work.\n\n  For those interested\, we will move to the dining room at 7:30pm for dinner and drinks (individual checks).\n  \n Planning to attend in person?
